Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Spoton Collection, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be situations where you may need to cancel an order or request a replacement. Please review our policy below.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier
  • To cancel, email us at support@spotoncollection.in with your order ID
  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method

❗ Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped/dispatched


Return / Replacement Policy

In case you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you can request a replacement:

  • Raise a request within 3 days of delivery
  • Email us at support@spotoncollection.in with:
    • Order ID
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos or unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Product must be unused
  • Original packaging, tags, and box must be intact
  • Returns will not be accepted if packaging is damaged or missing

  • Replacement will be provided for the same product, subject to availability
  • If unavailable, you may choose:
    • Full refund OR
    • Alternative product of equal value

  • Damaged / defective / incorrect items

❌ Not applicable for:

  • Damage due to misuse or mishandling

🚚 Return Shipping:

  • We do not offer reverse pickup
  • Customers must self-ship the product using a reliable courier
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer

Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse
  • Please allow up to 7 working days for processing

  • Refunded to original payment method
  • In some cases, bank/UPI details may be required

  • Shipping charges & COD charges are non-refundable
  • β€œFree shipping” is promotional β€” actual shipping cost may be deducted in case of returns/refusals
  • If order is refused at delivery or fails due to customer negligence:
    • Up to 20% restocking fee + shipping charges will be deducted

🚚 Delivery Disclaimer:

  • Express shipping means faster processing but does not guarantee exact delivery time
  • Delays due to courier/logistics are not eligible for refunds

Refund Confirmation

  • Once your refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email
  • After initiation, timelines depend on your bank/payment provider
